Do you offer pre-orders or take custom orders?
At this time I am not taking on custom orders or offering pre-orders. I will always keep everyone updated via social media and shop text notifications if that changes.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
I do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please be sure to review an item description fully before ordering. If you are not clear about an item, please message me to clarify before purchasing. All sales are final, if you have a question or concern please contact me. I can cancel an order if the order has not yet been shipped - please email email@example.com.
When will my order ship?
All items are RTS (ready-to-ship). Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and are sent via USPS First Class unless the customer chooses another shipping method at check-out (ex: USPS Priority, UPS, etc.).
Due to the current pandemic, USPS and other freight services are experiencing personnel issues. Please be patient if it takes a few days longer than normal.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please message me a day or two prior to restock day to make sure I have your destination set up in my shipping profile. The customer is responsible for possible international customs or import fees.
Do you ever offer discount codes?
Yes! Customers who have opted in to the shop text notifications may receive discount codes or exclusive offers.
I had the items in my cart and when I was checking out I received a message stating they were sold out. How is this possible?
I'm sorry you weren't able to get what you were hoping for. Unfortunately, items go to whomever has completed the payment process first and not who had it in their cart first. It's likely someone completed the checkout process a few seconds before you.
An item I'd like to purchase is sold out. How will I know when it will be offered again?
Inventory for each restock varies. The best way to stay up-to-date is to sign up for "back in stock" alerts for specific items and to follow me on social media.
